Live the Life

I am starting a nutrition/exercise plan called "Live the Life." My friend, Heather Armstrong, did this and looks amazing. You can see her before and after photos at kristiapproved.blogspot.com. Just scroll down a few posts. Heather had her 3rd baby and was stuck in the 160's. She lost 30 pounds and gained tons of muscle. You can also check out the website at kristiapproved.com. These two ladies that started this are from Lehi, Utah. They map out your meals for 12 weeks and they are SIMPLE! That's 5 or 6 meals a day all spelled out for you. They show you all the exercises to do as well. If anything, you could try the 7 day free trial. I would love someone to do this with me. I'm so excited about it. I've researched different programs and this one just totally got me! I have paid for the online membership so if you want to do this, I could just give you copies of all the meal plans and daily exercises. I guess I'm mainly speaking to you Heidi, because I don't think anyone else has clicked on their email to view this blog. It wouldn't cost you anything unless you wanted to buy some of the suggested supplements (Multivitamin, efa's (essential fatty acids), lowfat protein powder, and recovery drink mix.) She sells those on her website but I bought the exact brands she suggested from amazon for way cheaper. And it would be good to have some dumbbells. I am not doing this to lose weight although that is bound to happen. I'm just doing it to tone up my body, lower my body fat % significantly and change my eating habits. I've never been so excited about an exercise program. This tells you EXACTLY everything to do. I know we could transform if we did this together. It helps so much to do it with someone. We can do this. Read the website, it will totally motivate you. I've spoken with Heather and she said that this is the BEST program ever! If we have questions along the way, I have access to the online support team. There are specific programs for men as well (different or larger meal plans).

Let's go out of our comfort zone and accomplish something that would open everyone's eyes! It's like training for a marathon. I'm going to start on Monday. So, I'm going shopping with my grocery list either today or tomorrow. I will buy the food for the whole first week and prepare some of the veggies and fruit on Sat or Sun. I'm studying the weight exercises so I will be ready to perform them on Mon. (simple dumbbell exercises and some without dumbbells). Let me know if you're interested and I can email you the meal plans (grocery lists) and exercises...basically whatever info you need. I know I'm being pressing but I know this will change us so much for the better, and that's why I did this blog. I'm serious about it! We need to put all these motivating words into ACTION!
