After a week of constant exercise and healthy eating I'm happy to report my progress. Keep in mind I was sick yesterday but not sick enough to not eat. I did end up eating close to our normal calorie range and I didn't lose too much fluid out of my body. So with that in mind...my results may be a little off but not by much. I lost 2.3 lbs. I lost 1 inch from my waist and 1 inch from my hips.
I think this week I will take it down to active exercise instead of advanced. I think the advanced shot my body. I'm not in athlete condition yet! Hopefully it will help me feel more energy this week. I have turned down cookies, cup cakes, donuts and SKOR CAKE!! (that one was difficult) But I know it made a huge impact. I'm excited for another week...especially new food. So proud of Heidi and Lance! Anxious to hear reports from others. I get weekly motivating emails from kristi approved. I will forward them to everyone. I love feeling this way. I never feel bloated and I just feel cleaner. Lets do this again...on to week 2!
