Well, the results are in after one week of faithfully eating right and exercising. We really weren't sure what to expect. As we've all discussed, the food was great, but toward the end of the week I think we were all anxious for a change in taste. I'm so excited for this new week of food! If I have to eat another mexican type food of some sort, I just might throw up! :) No, it really wasn't that bad. But after weighing and measuring this morning..... IT WAS WORTH IT!!! Here are the results from the Essig home:

We were so excited to see that it did make a difference. It is making it much easier to start a new week knowing the hard work and dicipline is paying off. Good luck to everyone with week 2 and Mom and Dad as they start week 1.
